Employers had no idea this untapped workforce existed, let alone where to connect with them. To foster true inclusivity for individuals with Down syndrome seeking work, we needed to make space for them on the same platform as all other job seekers and employers: Linkedin. Introducing inployable: The world's first employment network for people with Down syndrome.
